Digital Products — No Refund Policy
All products and programs offered through The Nurse Throne and Coach Monhii$ are digital in nature, including but not limited to eBooks, digital guides, eCourses, video content, coaching programs, memberships, and downloadable resources.
Due to the immediate and irrevocable nature of digital product delivery, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued under any circumstances once a purchase has been completed and access has been granted.
By completing a purchase through The Nurse Throne platform, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accepted this No Refund Policy in full.

Complimentary Support Session
Coach Monhii$ and The Nurse Throne team are committed to your success and want to ensure you are able to fully access and utilize your digital products. Every client is entitled to one (1) complimentary 30-minute help session to assist with any technical difficulties, access issues, or questions related to their purchase.
- The complimentary session is limited to one session per client, per product purchase.
- This session must be scheduled through official Nurse Throne channels and is subject to Coach Monhii$’s availability.
- The complimentary session is designed to address technical access and navigation questions — it does not constitute ongoing coaching or program support.
- Sessions must be used within 30 days of the purchase date.
Additional Support — Hourly Rate
Any support, assistance, consultation, or help beyond the complimentary 30-minute session is subject to a support fee. Additional sessions will be provided at the following rate:
💼 $97.00 per hour
Payment is due in full prior to each scheduled additional support session.
Sessions will not be held until payment has been received and confirmed.
Additional support sessions may cover topics including but not limited to: technical walkthroughs, content access, platform navigation, or general product-related inquiries beyond the initial complimentary session.

Coaching Programs & Mentorship
All coaching programs, mastermind enrollments, VIP Days, and mentorship offerings are enrollment-based and governed by individual program agreements. By enrolling in any coaching program, clients acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined in their specific program enrollment agreement, which supersedes this general policy where applicable.
All coaching program payments are non-refundable once enrollment has been confirmed. Payment plans do not alter the total financial commitment or the non-refundable nature of the enrollment.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution without first contacting The Nurse Throne team to attempt resolution is considered a violation of this agreement. Coach Monhii$ reserves the right to dispute all chargebacks with full documentation and to revoke product access in the event of a disputed transaction.
